Administration, Operations, & Customer Service Committee (AOCSC)
The Administration, Operations, & Customer Service Committee (AOCSC) is made up of members from the Citizens' Advisory Council (CAC). On the third Thursday of every other month, the AOCSC meets to hear presentations from SFMTA staff regarding finance, administration, customer service and operations within the SFMTA. Past presentation topics at this committee (formerly the Operations & Customer Service Committee, or OCSC) include the SFMTA Employee Satisfaction Survey, Fare Policy, The Muni Etiquette Campaign, and the District 10 Mobility Study. They also hear detailed budget presentations each budget year.They make recommendations to the full CAC meetings on those matters. Each member of the committee is appointed by the Chairman of the Citizens' Advisory Council.
The AOCSC meets on the third Thursday of every other month (starting in January each year) at 4pm via Microsoft Teams. Meetings are open to the public. At least 72 hours before a meeting, all materials for the upcoming meeting are available online and at the front desk of the 7th floor at One South Van Ness.
