Erica is the Chief Spokesperson and Media Relations Manager at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency. Her primary duties include interacting with the media as a contact for Muni, shooting, editing, and managing all video content for the agency, social media branding, recording voice-messaging for Muni vehicles, and planning press conferences. Previously, Erica was a television and radio meteorologist/traffic reporter at stations in the Bay Area market. She is a fourth generation San Franciscan.
