Meet SFMTA Director Fiona Hinze, who is also the Director of Research at the Independent Living Resource Center. Director Hinze is a Paratransit rider and an independent living advocate for the disability community. She emphasizes the importance of Muni and Paratransit service to maintain the quality of life that all people in San Francisco deserve.
