Requests for a Reasonable Modification of SFMTA Policies and Procedures

The SFMTA is committed to ensuring full access to our services.

If you believe there is a modification to a SFMTA policy or procedure which will make our system accessible to you, and it can be reasonably made, the SFMTA will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will let you know and also provide you with information, in case you wish to appeal our decision.
