Ricardo Olea

Ricardo Olea currently leads the Transportation Engineering subdivision, which oversees traffic engineering reviews; transit roadway improvements; traffic permits; construction support; and traffic signal operations, design and maintenance. He has over two decades of experience working for the City and County of San Francisco. Ricardo Olea holds graduate degrees in transportation engineering and planning from UC Berkeley, and undergraduate degrees in civil engineering and philosophy from the University of Kansas.
