Our Responsibilities

• Provide management controls and support for all capital projects
• Provide timely and effective communication of capital program status to all internal and external stakeholders; Continuously improve and/or develop key business processes that focus on delivering capital projects on-time and within budget
• Assist with the design, development, and implementation of a program controls system that improves the management and control of capital projects.
