Dear Taxi Industry,
At the July 20, 2021 meeting, the SFMTA Board approved the amendment to the Transportation Code to allow 100% of the SFO access fee to be passed on to the customer. The SFO access fee will increase to $5.50 per trip effective 12:00am Wednesday, August 4, 2021 and at that time, 100% of that fee can be passed on to the customer provided your taximeter has been updated to reflect this change.
SFMTA has updated the rate card below and the Taxicab Rates of Fare to reflect this change.
