Paratransit on-time performance

Purpose

Paratransit on-time performance is an indicator of convenience and reliability of paratransit service for customers with disabilities.

Definition

Paratransit on-time performance is calculated by dividing the count of SF Access passenger pickups that are on-time (within fifteen minutes late or five minutes early of the scheduled pickup time) by the number of total requested pickups, reported system-wide.

Achieve 1% increase per year over FY17 baseline
