Objective Objective 2.2: Improve transit performance
Metric Percentage of on-time performance
Purpose To maintain and improve service reliability by tracking on time performance and headway adherence.
Definition The percentage of observed time point arrivals that are between one minute early and four minutes late.
Methodology Time point arrival data from the NextBus system are used to compare actual vs. scheduled arrival times. An arrival is considered on time if it is between one minute early and four minutes late. 
Target Achieve at least 85% on-time performance
