Fleet Week: October 11-13, 2019
Weekend events for the U.S. Navy Fleet Week begin Friday with a Parade of Ships at 11 a.m. and an Air Show on Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 12 noon to 4 p.m. Ships will be docked at various piers and are available for visits from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Muni will provide extra service along the northern and eastern waterfront. The E and F historic streetcars will switchback at Pier 39. Read below for more detailed information.
Muni Reroutes
On Saturday and Sunday, the E Embarcadero and F Market & Wharves historic streetcars will switchback--changing directions from inbound to outbound--at Pier 39. Board at The Embarcadero & Stockton.
Extra Muni Service
These routes will have extra service as described in the table below:

Extra buses will operate the F along the Embarcadero between the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf. If streets are too crowded near Fisherman's Wharf, the F bus will switchback at Pier 39. |

From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Extra service on Van Ness (northbound only) from Market Street to North Point. From 3 to 7 p.m.: Extra service on Van Ness (southbound only) from North Point to Golden Gate to Civic Center (Hyde & Grove). |

The 30 Stockton and 49 Van Ness/Mission may experience delays near the Van Ness terminal.
