Program Delivery & Support

Program Delivery & Support (PDS) was established as a subdivision of Transit in March 2017. We provide expertise in the operations and maintenance of critical transit systems. We work with partners to articulate and advocate for the needs of operations staff while working to minimize the impacts of construction on the riding public.

Key Objectives

  • Improve the City’s transportation network by completing projects and procurements that improve system safety and reliability, enhances passenger comfort

  • Grow our capacity to operate and maintain the transit system in a state of good repair

  • Provide high-quality decision-making processes to identify, prioritize, and deliver critical projects

  • Promote transparency in project delivery through milestone and budget tracking and accountability

  • Maximize the use of public funds by evaluating trends that support innovative and cost-effective solution
