Workforce Development reports to Human Resources (HR)

Our Responsibilities

  • Development and Training: Create a work environment where employees are encouraged to bring their hearts and heads to work daily; Empower and unleash employees to accomplish the SFMTA’s goals; Conduct vital employee training: Operator customer service training and Management leadership training; Conduct annual Employee Survey to set forth recommendations to improve and enhance employee relations/internal communications; Make the SFMTA an employer of choice
