Giants Fan Fest
Saturday, 10 a.m to 3 p.m.
AT&T Park

In his iconic song “Centerfield,” Jon Fogerty sings about the joy, passion, and beauty of baseball while expressing the timelessness of the game that grows truer and louder as baseball season fast approaches and fans of all ages gear up for opening day. It just so happens that this week is the 30th anniversary of that song, for all you 80s music trivia buffs.

For many the 22nd annual Giants Fan Fest serves as the unofficial kick-off to the 2015 season. Giants fans everywhere can enjoy their “moment in the sun” by getting up close to the 2014 world champions for pictures, autographs, and lasting baseball memories.

Large crowds are expected, resulting in heavier traffic along The Embarcadero and on King Street. Baseball fans can help ease congestion by utilizing Muni service: 10 Townsend, 30 Stockton, 45 Union/Stockton, and 47 Van Ness routes or the N Judah and T Third lines, which will have additional train service.

Muni service note: The N Judah and T Third lines plus the 10 Townsend, 30 Stockton, 45 Union/Stockton, and 47 Van Ness routes may see residual service delays due to the increase in ridership.

T Third light rail vehicle travels west on King Street in front of AT&T Park.
