Our Meeting Round-up feature highlights different SFMTA public meetings that will be held within the coming two weeks. These meetings give you the chance to share your ideas and provide us with helpful feedback. Join us at our next meeting to learn more about SF's changing and complex transportation system.

Our Board of Directors meetings are usually held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

The agendas are posted under “meetings” on the Board’s web page 72 hours in advance of the meeting. All regular meetings can be viewed on The City channel 78 or online at the SFGovTV2

Safer Market Street Community: 6p.m., Tuesday November 18
Hotel Whitcomb, Ghirardelli Room, 1231 Market Street

As part of Vision Zero, the SFMTA is implementing turn restrictions on Market Street and extending the red transit-only lanes. Meeting attendees are welcomed to provide their feedback on where best to place the new loading zones between 3rd Street and 8th Street/Hyde Street. The changes proposed by this project will improve safety on Market Street.

Mission Bay Loop Public Meeting: 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., Tuesday November 18
La Scuola Internazionale di San Francisco, 728 20th Street

Please join us to discuss the next steps for the Mission Bay Loop Project as SFMTA moves forward on the project's scope and construction schedule.

SoMa-Mission Bay-Central Waterfront Transportation Needs & Solutions Analysis: 6 - 8 p.m., Wednesday, November 19
Port of San Francisco, Bayside Conference Room

Join this public meeting to learn more about the transportation needs of the Waterfront as it faces a new era of growth. In the meeting, the project team will share what they have learned through a transportation analysis started earlier this year. The open house discussions will cover potential solutions for meeting the needs of existing and future travelers through SoMa, Mission Bay, and Central Waterfront neighborhoods of San Francisco.

Muni is working on multiple fronts to make getting around San Francisco safer and more reliable. As part of this effort, Muni will be making improvements to the 8X Bayshore Express Route.

SFMTA is working on ways to make parking more understandable and convenient in San Francisco for our customers. As a part of this effort we are holding a public forum in regards to the proposed loading zone changes.
