Getting to San Francisco Bay Area Stadium

We want to help you get to and from the games. Muni does not offer direct service to San Francisco Bay Area Stadium (officially named "Levi's Stadium"). Our partner agencies have you covered.   

Muni connects to BART and Caltrain in San Francisco. From San Francisco, please use BART or Caltrain to connect to VTA in Santa Clara.

Take advantage of our additional bus shuttle service in San Francisco. 

If you’re coming back late, don’t worry! Muni is operating additional bus shuttle service in San Francisco on days with evening FIFA World Cup 26™ SF Bay Area matches.  

Bus shuttles will operate between:

  • Union Square
  • SoMa  
  • BART  
  • Caltrain at 4th and King streets

Muni will also provide supplemental service in San Francisco. Service will connect Union Square and SoMa to BART and Caltrain. For more information and individual shuttle times, please visit our Travel and Transit page.

Muni Goal Rush is on 

Experience the FIFA World Cup 26™ SF Bay Area as it comes alive across San Francisco.  

Watch world-class soccer, score game-day specials and strike gold across San Francisco by participating in the Muni Goal Rush. We are thrilled to partner with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce on this new city-wide crawl.

From June 11 to July 19, soccer fans can connect with local businesses and move around the city across six fan zones. Root for your team at our Match HQs, discover local businesses and score a chance to win prizes.

FIFA World Cup 26™ in San Francisco

Let’s turn to all the local action for World Cup. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to reach the festivities.

Watch Parties

  • Pier 39: Enjoy soccer with the sea lions!Pier 39 will be broadcasting select FIFA World Cup 26™ matches on the big screen at the Bay End of PIER 39.
  • Chase Center: Thrive City will host one of the Bay Area’s biggest watch parties. They’ll have giant screens, live entertainment and food vendors throughout the tournament.
  • Spark Social Yerba Buena Garden: Downtown watch parties and themed activations are planned throughout the World Cup.
