Accessible Services Director

Annette Williams has directed Accessible Services at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency since 1990. In that capacity she is responsible for accessibility to the SFMTA’s fixed route system, including trolley and diesel bus, light rail, historic streetcar and cable car services. She also manages the contract for San Francisco Paratransit program which provides 800,000 paratransit van and taxi trips a year to 14,000 registered customers. In addition she is responsible for overseeing accessible design and review for transportation related capital projects including those for public transit, bicycle, parking and pedestrian access in the public right of way.
