|Metric||Employee rating: Overall employee satisfaction; scale of 1 (low) to 5 (high)|
|Purpose||To create a better workplace through maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.|
|Definition||Employee rating on a 1 to 5 scale of overall satisfaction with work environment.|
|Methodology||Results from the annual employee survey are reported as an average score on a 1 to 5 scale for the following question:
"What is your overall satisfaction as an SFMTA employee?"
Responses are weighted to reflect different response rates from employees in each SFMTA division.
|Target||Achieve 0.5 point improvement over baseline (based on FY13 performance)|
