Percentage of scheduled Muni service hours delivered

Purpose

Service delivery is tracked to in order to ensure a high levels of reliability, schedule adherence, and overall quality of service.

Definition

Filled service hours are divided by scheduled hours and reported system-wide.

Methodology

sum ([scheduled hours delivered]) / sum ([scheduled hours])

Target

Achieve 98.5% service delivery in accordance with City Charter
