FINAL UPDATE: System reboot has been completed. IB train switchbacks have been cancelled & we are resuming regular #SubwaySvc operations. Bus shuttles will remain temporarily to provide supplemental svc. We will continue to monitor the system in case the issue reappears. (More: 24 in last 48 hours)

Starting Saturday, September 18, 2021, Muni is introducing some route and stop changes. The Route pages and Stop pages on the SFMTA website will be updated late Friday evening.

Stop Removal in the Bayview

In the Bayview District, the stop at Van Dyke & Lane will be closed. This change impacts customers for the 54 Felton. Customer traveling west to Daly City BART can board at Williams & 3rd St.

Stop Relocation in Bernal Heights

In Bernal Heights, the stop at Folsom & Cesar Chavez will be relocated to the northwest corner of the intersection. This change impacts customers for the 67 Bernal Heights to improve access for nearby customers.

Route Change for the 57 Parkmerced near Daly City BART

The 57 Parkmerced will follow a new route to Daly City BART. The 57 will not serve the two stops on St. Charles and there will be a new drop-off location at the BART station. This change was made at the request of neighbors on St. Charles.

Note: The 54 Felton will not change in this area.

Route Change Description

Regular route to Arch & Alemany, right on Alemany to the I-280 South ramp, exit to John Daly Blvd (East), left on De Long, left into BART Access Rd, left into “Bus Only Area” and drop off at the Daly City BART stop for the 14R.
