Event Summary
The Salesforce Dreamforce Conference will take place from September 15-17 at the Moscone Center. There will be street closures and traffic detours in the areas surrounding SoMa near the Moscone Center as early as Friday, September 4, to Sunday, September 20. Muni service will not require any reroutes for the duration of the event, though some minor delays may be possible in the area of the event.
Street Closures
Some streets near the Moscone Center will have either full or partial closures.
Full Closure
From Saturday, September 5, at 6 a.m. to Sunday, September 20, at 10 p.m.:
- Howard between 3rd and 4th streets
From Monday, September 14, to Thursday, September 17, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily:
- Minna between 4th and 5th streets
From Monday, September 14, to Thursday, September 17, from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily:
- 4th Street between Mission and Howard streets
Partial Closure
From Friday, September 4, at 10 p.m. to Saturday, September 5, at 3:30 a.m. and Thursday, September 17, at 10 p.m. to Friday, September 18, at 3:30 a.m.:
- 4th Street between Minna and Howard Streets (southbound)
- 4th Street between Folsom and Mission (northbound)
- 3rd Street between Mission and Folsom
From Saturday, September 5, at 6 a.m. to Sunday, September 20, at 10 p.m.:
- Howard between Hawthorne and 3rd streets
- 3rd Street between Folsom and Mission streets
- Folsom between 3rd and 5th streets
- 4th Street between and Howard and Folsom streets
From Sunday, September 13, at 10 p.m. to Thursday, September 17, at 9 p.m.:
- 4th Street between Minna and Folsom streets
On the following days and times:
- Tuesday, September 15, from 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.:
- Wednesday, September 16, from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.:
- Thursday, September 17, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.:
- Howard between 4th Street and 50-feet past the Moscone West loading dock
Parking Garages
Parking garages in the area are open.

- Regular entrances on 5th and Mission will be open
- Moscone Center
- Ellis-O'Farrell
Taxi Zones
A Taxi Zone is established on the west side of 3rd St between Mission and Howard.
Muni Service Impacts
Muni will use regular routing and regular bus stops on Stockton and on 4th St. Muni should not be impacted by the daily closures of 4th St.
