FINAL UPDATE: System reboot has been completed. IB train switchbacks have been cancelled & we are resuming regular #SubwaySvc operations. Boot (Immobilization) Hearings

If your vehicle has been booted, you may have an immediate hearing to protest the boot, either at the Customer Service Center at 11 South Van Ness in the city, or by video, phone or by mail, with a SFMTA hearing officer.
