Title: Electric Forklift Charger Installation

Description: Provide installation of charging equipment for new electric forklifts throughout a total of 13 facilities, including FIT Revenue (1 SVN), Green (425 Geneva), MME (601 25th), Woods (1095 Indiana), 700 Penn (700 Pennsylvania), Potrero (1899 Bryant), Flynn (1940 Harrison), Burke (1570 Burke), Burke Overhead Dept. (1401 Bryant), Marin (1399 Marin), Bancroft (1501 Bancroft), Bayshore Traffic Signal (2650 Bayshore) and Islais Creek (1301 Cesar Chavez).  Work scope also includes space improvement and electrical upgrades as required to accommodate the placement of the new equipment on site and in compliance with the Large Spark Ignition (LSI) Engine Fleet Requirements Regulation applies to forklifts mandated by California Air Resources Board (CARB).  The project does not include procurement of the electric forklifts, but the installation is necessary to function the forklifts.

Title: New Castro Station Elevator

Description: Install a new four-stop elevator on the south side of Market Street at the Castro Muni Station. The top level of the new elevator structure will be located at Harvey Milk Plaza on Market Street, and it will service the concourse and platform levels of the Station below. The new elevator structure will integrate with the existing architectural and structural framework of the building. This project also includes creating an accessible path from the southwest corner of Market and Castro Streets to the Plaza-level elevator entrance.

Title: Woods Facility Rehabilitation (Bus Wash)

Description: This is the one of two contracts for the Woods Facility Rehabilitation Project.

 Replace the drive-through bus wash system at Woods Division. The work will include a wash water reclamation system including a brush bus wash system with top oscillating material scrubbers, high-pressure spray arch and wheel wash, undercarriage wash, tire guides, skid plates, pre-wetting/detergent, high-pressure front and wheel wash components, vertical brush and frame assembly, and final rinse.  Work also includes the installation of electrical infrastructure and charging stations to power nine battery electric vehicles being procured as part of the SFMTA's e-bus Pilot Project. Post installation, these buses will then be evaluated for long-term use in the Muni fleet.
