Are you a night owl? The SFMTA and city partners are seeking your two cents about late night transportation.

Let’s face it; transportation in the Bay Area at 3 p.m. is not the same as traveling here at 3 a.m.  There are alternative transportation options between midnight and 5 a.m. but they may not meet everyone's needs or people may not know about them. The city’s Late Night Transportation Working Group, led by the Office of Economic and Workforce Development (OEWD), is looking to improve late night and early morning transportation to, from and within SF.

The city wants to hear from those who use late night and early morning transportation, midnight to 5 a.m. Take the survey and you could win one of three $50 Clipper Cards.

In the meantime, current late night options within SF include Muni’s Owl routes and SF Taxis. Now almost all SF cabs are on one easy app, Flywheel. The 511.org All Nighter page has regional resources.
