511: Labor Day service 5 days ago More...

This page concern what schedule Muni will use on Labor Day.  Other projects and events happening this weekend will also significantly affect regular transportation especially in the neighborhoods of Embarcadero, SOMA and downtown. These projects are part of big infrastructure improvements that will make transit safer and more reliable. Take advantage of the final sunny days of summer to walk, bike or take the bus where you need to go.

Muni will run on Sunday schedules for Labor Day.

The following weekday- and weekday/Saturday-only routes will not run:

  • 1AX, 1BX, 8AX, 8BX, 9R, 14X, 28R, 31AX, 31BX, 38AX, 38BX,  41, 81X, 82X, 83X, 88, NX.

The 76X Marin Headlands Express Route will run.

Supplemental school-day service will not run.

All other bus routes and rail lines will use the Sunday schedule.

Muni Metro stations will open at 8 a.m.
