Hayes Street will be closed every Friday and Saturday for the remainder of this month for the Hayes Valley Shared Spaces event. During the street closure, Muni will reroute the 6 Hayes/Parnassus Route around the area.
The annual North Beach Pizza Festival will take place Saturday, August 15, near Washington Square Park from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. This ticketed event will showcase some of the best pizza, bagels, and beer from San Francisco. Set-up for the event will begin on Friday, August 14, and will require Muni service on the 39 Coit Route to reroute all day Friday and Saturday.
