- Within 21 days of receiving the results, Start the hearing process using the website listed below.
Reminder: You must complete a Admin Review (Level 1 Protest) and receive results in the mail before starting the hearing process. There is no way to skip the Admin Review.

To request hearing, submit the statement of facts, and upload the evidence.

You will need the Citation Number and PIN printed on the Admin Review result.

Pay the fine shown on the ticket.

Pay ticket fine with a credit/debit card, PayPal, or Venmo.

Type statement of facts.

Upload the evidence. (Maximum: 5 files. 5 megabytes).

Hearing Officer reviews submission within 90 days.

Final decision mailed within 60 days of the review date.
Important
