There are quite a few types of Parking Permits. We're providing the following list to help you learn about and apply for the one you need.

Residential Area Permits

Residential Area Permits (A to Z, AA, etc.) are available for you in many areas of the City of San Francisco. Apply for one, or make sure you know everything about your existing permit.

Contractor Permits

Contractor Parking Permits may be issued to commercial vehicles used by a business holding a California Contractor's license for a trade related to construction or pest control services.

Press Permits

Press Vehicle Parking Permits may be issued to news organizations, media outlets, freelance reporters or photographers with a current Press Card issued by the San Francisco Police Department.
