The Muni Fare Program that provides fares at no cost to Seniors and People with Disabilities has been extended. Some Clipper cards may not have received an update. Please contact us by calling SFMTA Customer Service at 415.646.2500, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm or 415.701.2311, available 24 hours a day/seven days per week; (Teletypewriter 415.701.2323). Your transportation pass will be added to your Clipper card within seven days. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Free Muni for All Youth
Provides free access to Muni services for all youth, ages 18 years and under, regardless of income or residency.
No application or proof of payment/Clipper card will be required to ride Muni vehicles with the exception of Cable Car. Simply get on the bus and ride.
Free Muni for Seniors
Provides free access to Muni services for low and moderate income seniors, ages 65+, residing in San Francisco
Free Muni for People with Disabilities
Provides free access to Muni services for low and moderate income people with qualifying disabilities residing in San Francisco
Access Pass
Provides free access to Muni services for people experiencing homelessness in San Francisco
Lost/Stolen Clipper cards: Contact Clipper Customer Service at 1.877.878.8883. Please note it may take up to 10 days to process your replacement pass and a $3 fee will be assessed.
