Objective Objective 4.3: Improve employee accountability
Metric Percentage of employees with annual appraisals (performance reviews) based on their performance plans
Purpose To improve labor productivity through maintaining a high level of employee accountability.
Definition Percentage of employees with completed performance plans and appraisals (performance review).
Methodology Data are reported as a percentage of total employees who prepare a performance plan at the beginning of the fiscal year and have appraisals (performance reviews) conducted by the end of the fiscal year.
Target Achieve 100% staff with plans at start of fiscal year and appraisals by end of fiscal year
