|Methodology||Results from the annual employee survey are reported as an average score on a 1 to 5 scale for the following questions:

Responses are weighted to reflect different response rates from employees in each SFMTA division.
|Target||Achieve 0.5 point improvement over baseline (based on FY13 performance)|
